We’re currently looking for a Front Desk Inventory Clerk to join our Orange County location. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with data entry, and love the excitement of the powersports industry, we want to meet you!

You are a great fit if you can

• List and maintain all units online, including entering accurate inventory information, pricing, descriptions, and photos
• Enter and maintain inventory data in Lightspeed.
• Process store transfers and flooring bank transactions.
• Photograph units and upload product photos online.
• Ensure all units have accurate price and compliance tags.
• Prepare daily and weekly inventory reports and photo reports for management.
• Monitor inventory turns, price escalators, markdown schedules, and margins to ensure company standards are met.
• Provide front desk/reception coverage for approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour as needed.
• Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Assist with various tasks that support the overall success of the dealership.

Other requirements and Skills

• Previous data entry experience required.
• Passion for powersports preferred

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prefer computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, POS)
• Prefer interest or experience in sales and Powersports industry
• Comprehensive communication skills.
• This position reports directly to the General Sales Manager
