The Opportunity

Coury Hospitality has an exciting opportunity for a Front Desk Agent supporting the dual-branded campus of TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection and AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park. Together, these two distinctive Marriott brands offer a unique blend of luxury hospitality and modern European-inspired design, serving Silicon Valley's business travelers, innovators, and visitors from around the world.

As a Front Desk Agent, You'll:

• Serve as the first and last impression for guests, delivering warm, genuine, and personalized service.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and facilitate efficient and accurate check-in and check-out experiences.
• Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, hotel information, and local recommendations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
• Handle payment processing, billing inquiries, and cash-handling responsibilities accurately and confidentially.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Valet, Sales, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Monitor room inventory, arrivals, departures, and guest preferences to enhance service delivery.
• Resolve guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and creative problem-solving.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, dining venues, promotions, and local attractions.
• Uphold Marriott brand standards and represent both TETRA Hotel and AC Hotel Sunnyvale Moffett Park with pride and professionalism.

What We're Looking For

• Previous customer service, hospitality, or Front Desk experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively under pressure.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn hotel property management systems.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to service excellence.
