Evolution is hiring On Camera Table Games Dealers at our Atlantic City broadcast studio.

Instead of managing a front desk, answering phones, or handling customer complaints, you’ll host live Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat games on camera for online players around the state.

Your communication and customer service experience already gives you a strong foundation. We provide paid training and teach you everything you need to know about the games.

No casino or dealing experience required.

What You’ll Do

• Host live Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, and other casino games on camera
• Deal cards, spin the wheel, and follow game procedures accurately
• Engage online players in a friendly, clear, and professional way
• Follow on screen instructions and studio standards
• Bring confidence, focus, and personality to every shift
• Complete paid training through Evolution Academy

You will not handle cash or work directly with customers in person.

• $17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
• Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
• After 3 months: base increases to $8/hr + $10/hr tips = $18/hr guaranteed

Qualifications

You may be a strong fit if you:

• Have experience in reception, front desk operations, customer service, retail, call centers, hospitality, or another public facing role
• Are comfortable speaking and appearing on camera
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Can follow procedures consistently and accurately
• Are reliable, punctual, and professional
• Want to use your customer service skills in a new environment
• Can work evenings, weekends, holidays, or overnight shifts based on your assigned schedule

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a New Jersey gaming license
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
• Able to remain seated or standing during assigned games
• Able to wear the assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
• Able to complete paid training before hosting live games

Additional Information

Essential Game Presenter and Game Show Host Physical Functions:

• Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
• Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
• Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
• Able to work assigned full-time shifts including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license
