Front Desk Executive

Location: Sangotedo, Lekki, Victoria Island (Island axis, Lagos)

Salary: 120,000 monthly

We are seeking smart, presentable, and customer-oriented Front Desk Executives to manage reception and administrative support functions across our Island branches. The ideal candidates must be professional, proactive, and able to create a welcoming environment for patients, clients, and visitors while ensuring smooth front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to clients, patients, and visitors in a professional manner.

• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails.

• Manage and maintain a clean, professional, and organized reception area.

• Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and bookings.

• Handle client inquiries and complaints, ensuring excellent customer service.

• Maintain accurate records, files, and visitor/patient logs.

• Coordinate office supplies and liaise with vendors when required.

• Provide administrative support to management and clinical teams as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.

• 2-4 years proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant (healthcare experience is an advantage).

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Presentable, courteous, and customer-focused.

• Must reside on the Island (Sangotedo, Lekki, or VI).
