Yellowstone Dental, a family-focused, energetic dental practice, is growing! We’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our fun, team-oriented environment. What You’ll Do:
- Manage patient check-in/check-out and appointment scheduling
- Handle insurance posting, billing, and account aging
- Provide excellent customer service, answering calls and assisting patients
- Support office operations and help maintain smooth workflow
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive patient experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with Eaglesoft or other dental practice management software preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible and adaptable, ready to support a busy practice
- Outgoing and professional demeanor

Monday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Thursday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
