Victoria, TX | Full-Time

Victoria Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is seeking an experienced Dental Front Office Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a busy specialty practice while providing an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and check out patients
• Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling and patient questions
• Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining an efficient provider schedule
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Collect copays, patient balances, and other payments
• Maintain accurate patient information and electronic records
• Coordinate referrals and records with referring dental offices
• Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and clinical team members
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements
• Assist with additional front-office responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• Previous dental office experience required
• Experience with dental insurance verification and benefits
• Oral surgery or specialty dental experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional and friendly phone presence
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Comfortable using dental practice management software and electronic patient records
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented and willing to assist where needed
