Job Summary

As a Front Desk Coorindator, you will play an integral role in creating distinct and authentic experiences for our guests. You will warmly and enthusiastically greet arriving guests, assisting them with check-in and check-out processes to ensure they feel comfortable and welcome. Additionally, you will provide information about hotel services and amenities, promoting the unique offerings of our property.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to the General Manager and leads daily Front Desk operations, coverage coordination, service standards, and the guest journey.
  • Owns Welcome Center presentation and supplies, parking passes, the snack and beverage station, seasonal Front Desk training, and approved Front Desk SOCs.
  • Coordinates group reservations and conference room use; serves as the primary liaison between the Villas and Snowmass Club and maintains current Club information.
  • Resolves routine Front Desk guest issues, escalates significant guest recovery to the Guest & Owner Services Manager, and routes owner arrivals and owner communications to that manager

Qualifications

  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a demanding schedule, with varying workdays and hours.
  • Experience: Previous experience in providing service to others and assisting in creating authentic travel experiences is preferred.
  • People Person: A passion for serving others and creating exceptional guest experiences is essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, including legible and grammatically correct writing.
  • Multi-tasking Ability: Capable of handling multiple tasks while ensuring accuracy and detail-oriented service.

Seasonal Compensation & Benefits

  • $27.00/hourly.
