Requirements:

• 1 year experience is required
• Experience with Denticon software is a plus.
• Part Time

A Typical Day as a Patient Coordinator:

• Manage the daily appointment schedule - New Patient, Existing Patient, Preventative calls, and Treatment Calls
• Verifying insurance information and collect co-pays
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
• Strong Customer Serv ice Skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced setting

Schedule:

• Daytime hours – No nights!
