The Breakdown:

We’re looking for a seasonal Front Desk Coordinator to join our team starting October until end of April. The position is "Geringfügig" with 9h/week split up on two days. The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks such as taking care of post or answering phone calls.

What You Get to Do:

• First point of contact for customers, partners, and suppliers via phone
• Handling incoming and outgoing post
• Customer & Rider Service support
• Administrative and organizational tasks
• Support for People & Culture and potentially other departments on cross-functional projects

What You’ll Bring to the Team:
• Completed commercial education at upper secondary level (e.g. HAK, HBLA or equivalent)
• Strong communication skills, service-oriented, and flexible
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
• Affinity for outdoor sports

• In accordance with Austrian law, we're required to state that the minimum salary is based on the collective bargaining agreement for trade sector employees (group C). Our actual salaries are market-competitive and reflect individual qualifications and experience. Hours will be adjusted so that earnings stay below the Geringfügigkeitsgrenze in Austria of 551,10 EUR
