What You'll Do

As the first face our patients see, you'll play an essential role in creating an exceptional patient experience by:

• Welcoming patients with warmth and professionalism
• Managing patient check-in and check-out
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating daily patient flow
• Verifying insurance benefits and assisting with insurance-related questions
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
• Supporting the clinical team with administrative needs
• Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and in person

Schedule

Full-Time

• 4–5 days per week
• Most shifts are between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One weekday each week will include an evening shift until 7:00 PM
• No weekends

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $15.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience

Previous dental experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right individual who brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.

Yellowstone Dental is a comprehensive family dental practice providing care for patients of all ages. We utilize advanced technology to deliver exceptional care, including:

Our office is fast-paced, technology-driven, and currently operates 12 clinical columns daily, making teamwork, organization, and communication essential to our success.
