Interacts with building security, all visitors and potential candidates, as well as employees at all levels in a professional and courteous manner and provides direction as appropriate. Assists with general administrative HR/OHS tasks including managing staffing agency invoices and submitting check requests, facilitating background checks, completing employment verifications, creating and auditing all new employee personnel files, data entry, records management, appointments scheduling, and medical clearance/annual health requirements status. Answers the phone calls for all MJHS Corporate functions in a professional and courteous manner.
