Spa Concierge (Part-Time) — Mandara Spa

About the Role

As a part-time Spa Concierge, you're the first face our guests see and the first impression of the Mandara experience — welcoming guests, guiding them through our services, and setting the tone for an exceptional visit. This role offers flexible, part-time hours, and you'll also be cross-trained in Spa Attendant duties, giving you a well-rounded view of spa operations and the ability to support the team wherever it's needed.

What You'll Do

Spa Concierge Duties

• Welcome and check in guests, offering a warm, informed introduction to Mandara Spa's services
• Complete a hands-on training program within your first 30 days, building full command of our Elemis and Mandara signature services
• Develop deep knowledge of our services and products, and share that knowledge to help guests choose what's right for them
• Deliver the kind of guest experience that keeps people coming back

Spa Attendant Duties (Cross-Trained)

• Check in guests and provide guest orientation
• Ensure all linens, towels, and beverages are always clean, prepared, and well stocked
• Help maintain a calm, well-kept spa environment that supports the overall guest experience

• Willingness to complete our signature-service and cross-training program
