ELS is hiring for the position of Front Desk Clerk- Seasonal - Lakeland Campground in Milton, Wisconsin.

What you’ll do:

At Lakeland Campground, Our Front Desk Clerks provide exceptional customer service and help create memorable guest experiences. Fun Campground environment that is relaxed but professional. Enjoy meeting new people, and creating new experiences, all while making money.

Your job will include:

• Act as the propertyliaison providing guests and residents with information andresponding to questions in person and over the phone.
• Process payments and deposits.
• Check-in arriving guests. Directing them to their appropriate camping site
• Processing sales from the general store
• Run reports and submit maintenance request forms.
• Partner with your PropertyManager and communicate frequently any concerns, issues, or recommendations in a timely and professional manner.
• Prioritize customersatisfaction and service recovery
• Making Ice Cream!!

Experience & skills you need:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ yearsof experience in customer service withexceptional customer service and service recovery skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
• Friendly personality and likes to have fun!
• Valid Drivers License and updated insurance
• Weekends and holidays may be required regularly
• $15hr
