A Floater Front Desk Clerk contributes to AHF by AHF’s mission by presenting a friendly, helpful face to tenants, vistors and people seeking housing at Healthy Housing Foundation (HHF) locations. Within their duties of greeting tenants, vistors and answering questions this position has the opportunity to give stand out service that enhances the reputation of AHF. In addition, better customer service will increase AHF’s ability to serve more clients.
A Floater Front Desk Clerk enhances the reputation of AHF by being reliable in the handling of front desk duties protects AHF and operations at specific HHF site locations as assigned. This role is essential for the front desk operations and for direct support to the Property Manager at various HHF locations. This role can enhance the experience of other employees and tenants by being friendly and helpful and by offering to give a helping hand when needed. In addition, giving feedback to their manager about how service can be improved will allow the team member to enhance their contribution.
