National Church Residences is seeking a dependable and professional Front Desk Clerk to help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents and guests.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor lobby activity and guest check-in/check-out.

  • Maintain shift logs and report incidents or safety concerns.

  • Sort and distribute mail.

  • Process rental payments and submit maintenance requests.

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.

  • Follow safety, security, and front desk procedures.

What You'll Need

  • High school diploma or GED.

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to handle conflict professionally and follow procedures.

  • Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
