ELS is hiring for the position of Front Desk Clerk- Campground in Wilmington, Ohio.

What you’ll do:

Our Front Desk Clerks provide exceptional customer service to facilitate excellent and memorable guest and resident experiences.

Your job will include:

• Act as the propertyliaison and provide guests and residents with information, responding to questions in person and over the phone.
• Process payments and deposits.
• Make reservations and check-in and out campers.
• Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency.
• Partner with your PropertyManager and communicate frequently toaddress inquiriesin a timely and professional manner.
• Prioritize customersatisfaction, address conflicts and solve problems promptly.
• Operate camp store including stocking and selling items.
• Light housekeeping to ensure work area is clean and respond to after hour housekeeping calls.

Experience & skills you need:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1+ yearsof experience in customer service withexceptional customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to working weekends and holidays on a regular basis.
