About the role
HealthFitness is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in Maple Grove, Minnesota
This is an on-call/substitute position, providing coverage on an as-needed basis when regular team members are unavailable. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, helping create a welcoming and positive experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of the fitness center.
Schedule:
Potential shifts are available between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., based on staffing needs and coverage requirements.
Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required.
Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
The compensation range for this role is $15 - $17/hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
