What You’ll Do

• Create an outstanding experience for every guest and member
• Build relationships that keep clients coming back
• Educate guests on memberships, services, and promotions
• Help achieve spa membership and sales goals
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Maintain a clean, professional spa environment
• Work collaboratively with service providers and team members
• Bring positive energy to every shift
