The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and vendors, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the security and professionalism of the community. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, assisting residents with general inquiries, monitoring building access, handling packages and deliveries, and supporting the property management team with administrative tasks.
