About the Role:Join the Anytime Fitness team as a Front Desk Associate in St. Augustine, FL! This exciting opportunity allows you to play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming and clean environment for our members while promoting a healthy lifestyle.

• Responsibilities:
• Greet members and guests professionally
• Conduct club tours for prospective members
• Sell gym memberships and personal training package
• Answer incoming phone calls and handle basic inquiries
  Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk environment
• Strong communication and people skills
• Sales experience preferred (fitness or retail a plus)
• Dependable and punctual — reliability is critical
• Comfortable working independently
• Positive, professional attitude

  Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
