What You'll Do:

• Welcome guests with genuine warmth and professionalism
• Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and all front desk operations
• Deliver top-tier service that creates unforgettable guest experiences
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with efficiency and positivity
• Collaborate with a dynamic, high-energy team in a lively downtown setting

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous customer service or front desk experience
• Strong interpersonal skills — you're outgoing, approachable, and energized by people
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with a team
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, even during busy shifts
• Someone who loves getting their steps in! This is an on-your-feet job
• Previous Marriott brand experience and FOSSE knowledge highly desired

Over the years, we’ve worked with big hotel companies like Hilton and Marriott to create these projects. So far, we’ve built 38 hotels from the ground up, investing over $600 million.
