As a Front Desk Agent at Comfort Inn & Suites, you are the first and last impression of the hotel. We are looking for someone who is friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people. If you are personable, dependable, and take pride in doing things the right way, this role is for you.
What You Will Do
• Greet guests with a warm and professional attitude
• Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently
• Answer phones and handle reservations
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns quickly
• Balance cash and credit transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
• Communicate clearly with housekeeping and maintenance teams
What We Are Looking For

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Weekend and holiday availability
Preferred Experience
• Previous hotel or customer service experience
• Choice Hotels or similar brand experience a plus
