Join our Front Desk team and help create exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
We’re looking for a friendly, professional individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in fast-paced environments. Every day is different — you’ll welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, answer questions, make reservations, solve problems and share your local knowledge. Most importantly, you’ll help ensure every guest feels genuinely welcome.
What you’ll bring
• A warm, outgoing personality and genuine passion for guest service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence, organisation and attention to detail.
• The ability to stay calm and positive in a busy environment.
• A team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Previous hotel, front desk or customer service experience is an asset, but attitude matters most.

What you’ll do
• Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.
• Handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, payments and guest requests.
• Answer calls and provide helpful local recommendations.
• Communicate with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming and memorable guest experience.
