The Opportunity

We’re looking for a warm, engaging, and service-driven Front Desk Agent to join Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection.

As one of the first and most important points of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for every stay. From welcoming arrivals to handling departures and everything in between, you’ll play a key role in creating seamless, memorable guest experiences from the very first moment.

REQUIREMENTS

Educational and Experience Requirements

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Front desk or hotel experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn hotel systems.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude.
