Front Desk Agents

to join our team. Our
Front Desk Agents

are the
first point of contact for our guests, helping to create a positive and
memorable experience. Strong customer service, attention to detail, and the
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are key to success in this
role.

Job Responsibilities:


  • Greet guests warmly and handle
    check-ins and check-outs efficiently

  • Manage reservations via phone,
    email, and online systems

  • Provide information about hotel
    amenities, services, and local attractions

  • Respond to guest requests and
    resolve concerns promptly and professionally

  • Maintain accurate guest records
    and process payments

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and
    maintenance to ensure room readiness

  • Upsell rooms and hotel services
    when appropriate

  • Other duties as required


Position Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
    required

  • At least 2 years of experience in
    customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred

  • Ability to work nights –
    shift is
    3:00-11:00 PM

  • Experience with PEP (Property
    Management System) preferred

  • Strong communication and
    interpersonal skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay
    organized in a fast-paced setting

  • Excellent customer service and
    problem-solving skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to handle cash and card
    transactions accurately

  • Team-oriented with good
    communication skills

  • Must be able to stand or sit for
    extended periods

  • Comfortable using computers and
    phones throughout the shift

  • Fast-paced hotel front desk
    environment

  • Must be available weekends and
    holidays
