Job Description

We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Front Desk Agent to work with our Rooms team at Delonix Hotel Karawang.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling Check in and Check Out
  • Responsible of Guest satisfactions
  • Responsible for cash handling
  • Having passion to serve, sociable, and open minded.
  • Able to perform meet the standard SOP as the guidance
  • Responsible for Room assignment and allocations
  • Responsible for Phone and email management
  • Incoming call or any other inquiries

Requirements

  • Educational and Professional Qualification
  • Relevant working experiences and Understand and knowledgeable Karawang City and surroundings
  • Preferred Background and Area of Expertise/Specific Language Requirements
  • Hotel experience is a plus point. Honest, responsible, hard worker and willing to help
  • Minimum Years of Experience 1-2 years
  • Specific Skills Required Must Have :

- Honest, responsible, and reliable

- Excellent working ethics, having integrity and commitments.
