Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the welcoming face for our guests, providing exceptional service from check-in to check-out. You'll warmly welcome and assist guests, including owners, throughout their stay, ensuring their needs are met with genuine care and attention. Promptly and professionally address any concerns that arise, maintaining our high safety standards to ensure a secure and enjoyable environment for all.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities in multiple languages preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proven ability to resolve guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Comfortable with basic computer software and property management systems.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and hotel software is advantageous.
