This position offers practical experience in customer service and front desk operations, with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and customers promptly and professionally.
• Provide general information and direct visitors to the appropriate contacts or areas.
• Assist with visitor coordination and routine front desk activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception space.
• Help coordinate appointments and schedules as needed.
• Respond to general inquiries with courtesy and attention to detail.
• Support colleagues with daily organizational and customer-facing tasks.
