This role is well suited to someone who enjoys assisting visitors, keeping daily activities organized, and helping people feel comfortable and informed. Training and team support will be provided to help the successful candidate thrive.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide a friendly, professional first point of contact.
• Assist guests with general questions and provide relevant information.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate team members or designated areas.
• Help maintain an organized and inviting reception area.
• Support daily administrative and front desk activities as needed.
• Communicate visitor requests and relevant updates to the appropriate staff.
• Follow company procedures while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
