Job Description

As a Front Desk Agent at NextShining, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for visitors, clients, and team members. You will help create a professional and welcoming experience while supporting daily administrative and front-office operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls

• Receive and distribute mail, packages, and documents
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
• Maintain accurate records and update internal information as needed

• Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
• Support day-to-day office operations and provide additional assistance when needed
