The Front Desk Agent plays an important role in creating a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and team members. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced professional environment.

You will assist with front desk operations, provide general administrative support, respond to inquiries, and help ensure that daily office activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer and direct incoming calls and general inquiries
• Maintain an organized and professional front desk and reception area
• Coordinate appointments, schedules, and internal communications
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
• Assist with document preparation, data entry, and record organization
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members regarding requests and updates
• Help coordinate daily office activities and operational needs
• Handle information with professionalism and discretion
• Support other departments with administrative tasks when needed
