As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first and last impression of the resort, providing exceptional guest service throughout the guest experience. You will warmly welcome guests, efficiently manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations and billing inquiries, and ensure every guest receives personalized, luxury-level service.
Essential Responsibilities
• Greet guests with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor.
• Complete check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.
• Process room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns.
• Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, dining options, local attractions, and special events.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily balancing procedures.
• Resolve guest issues professionally and escalate concerns when appropriate.
• Promote resort services, amenities, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain accurate guest records using the hotel property management system.
Qualifications
• Previous customer service experience required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency; hotel property management system experience is a plus.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
