As a Front Desk Agent, you are the face of the resort and play a vital role in creating unforgettable experiences for our owners and guests. From the moment they arrive until their departure, you set the tone for their stay by delivering warm welcomes, friendly assistance, and exceptional service. Your professionalism, hospitality, and attention to detail help ensure every guest enjoys the true Vacation Internationale experience.

As a Front Desk Agent, you will:

  • Manage the guest registration process, including check-in/check-out, computer use, and key issuance.
  • Answer telephone and courtesy calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
  • Research and provide information on local activities, dining options, and attractions for owners and guests.
  • Share details about the Vacation Interval (VI) program and confirm reservations upon request.
  • Dispatch guest requests to appropriate departments (e.g., maintenance, housekeeping) and follow up to ensure completion.
  • Maintain and update the service request database.
  • Organize and manage operational files and databases, including accurate data entry and filing.
  • Handle petty cash transactions and maintain banking records.
  • Encourage owners and guests to complete the “Your Opinion Counts” (YOC) survey.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with general computer operations.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Sound judgment and professionalism when interacting with owners, guests, and team members.
  • Basic math skills with experience in inventory and cash handling.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Occasionally lift 10 – 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
