Come Front Desk Agent sarai il primo punto di contatto con i nostri ospiti, garantendo un’accoglienza impeccabile e un servizio personalizzato.
Ti occuperai di gestire check-in e check-out, rispondere a richieste e informazioni, coordinare le prenotazioni e assicurarti che ogni ospite viva un’esperienza indimenticabile.
Requisiti
Esperienza pregressa anche breve in ruolo simile, preferibilmente in hotel di lusso o strutture ricettive di alto livello;
Ottime capacità comunicative e attitudine al problem solving;
Padronanza della lingua italiana e buona conoscenza dell’inglese (la conoscenza di altre lingue è un plus);
Ottima presentazione e professionalità;
Flessibilità e capacità di lavorare su turni;
