We are seeking a polished and service-driven Front Desk Agent to join the team at a luxury beachfront resort. This role is essential in creating a seamless arrival and departure experience while delivering intuitive, personalized service throughout each guest’s stay. The ideal candidate is warm, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first and last impression of the resort, delivering a warm and professional guest experience
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and efficiency
Provide personalized service, including reservations, dining recommendations, and local experiences
Coordinate transportation, activities, and special requests both on and off property
Act as a liaison between guests and all resort departments to ensure seamless service
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
Perform cashiering functions and maintain accurate records
Maintain a strong knowledge of the resort, local area, and state offerings to enhance the guest experience
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Hospitality degree preferred (experience may be substituted)
Minimum of 2 years of resort or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with guests, members, and colleagues
Previous customer service or front office experience preferred
Comfortable with computer systems, cashiering, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license required
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Assist guests with luggage as needed and escort guests throughout the property
Ability to operate a motor vehicle when required
