ABC4/CW30 is looking for a full-time front desk administrator to provide front desk reception duties and clerical support to station administrators. Candidate should be professional, organized and capable of managing and accomplishing various tasks simultaneously. Job duties include interacting with station visitors, callers, clients and other guests of the organization as well as providing support to all departments at the station.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of each person’s visit and direct them accordingly. Receive and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries. Coordinate and schedule station tours with Creative Services and News Departments. Support Department Heads Assist in publishing content to ABC4.com Act as a backup sales assistant when needed Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:
Must be able to perform all duties under high stress situations and conditions. Be punctual and dependable. Fluency in English Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Proficiency with computers, telephone, copiers, scanners, fax machines and other office equipment. Support other departments when needed.
Physical Demands & Work Environment: Must be able to stand, sit, reach, climb, conduct telephone conversations, use electronic mail, and memos, make decisions without supervision
