Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Front Desk staff member. The primary responsibilities include welcoming guests, answering phones, providing information, and performing basic administrative tasks.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proficiency in basic computer skills and office equipment

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner

- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties

- Provide accurate information to guests and visitors

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling

- Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk area

- Handle inquiries and resolve any guest concerns in a timely and effective manner

- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive guest experience

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality

- Knowledge of basic office software applications

- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus

- Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
