Job Description:

As a Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.

• Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
• Meet or exceed sales goals set by the Salon Manager.
• Responsible for maintaining an organized schedule.
• Demonstrate, sell, recommend FACE FOUNDRIÉ products.
• Work with the manager to notify when supplies of any kind are low to ensure we have all items on hand.
• Assist in all in store operational processes.
• Ensure store standards are adhered to at all times.
• Accurately follow all company time keeping procedures.
• Attend mandatory product training and team meetings.
• Follow all safety, sanitation and hygiene procedures before, during and after services; ensure board compliance at all times.
• Responsible for keeping the store clean and fully stocked at all times.

Front Bar Team Member – Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a warm, friendly, and personable individual with 3–5 years of successful sales experience who is passionate about skincare and enjoys creating a welcoming client experience.

Qualifications & Expectations:

Proven sales experience, including membership sales and client retention

Passionate about skincare, beauty, and helping clients find the right services and products

Professional, personable, and confident when interacting with clients

Comfortable using computers, managing bookings, and answering phone calls

Able to stand for the duration of the shift and be responsible for cleaning duties

Seeking a part-time position with availability for day shifts

Willing and available to work Sundays

The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and enthusiastic about sales, building client relationships, and contributing to a positive team environment.
