YOUR ROLE

As a Service Designer/Strategic Designer, you will help organizations envision and shape innovative services, experiences, and business opportunities through a human-centered and strategic approach. You will work within multidisciplinary teams alongside researchers, strategists, designers, consultants, and technology experts, contributing to the design and delivery of transformation initiatives across different industries. We are looking for a mid-level professional who can autonomously manage project streams, support ongoing client engagements, and actively contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and competitive bids. In this role you will play a key role in:

• Designing and shaping end-to-end services and experiences across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Conducting research activities and translating qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable opportunities and strategic recommendations.
• Developing customer journeys, ecosystem maps, service blueprints, opportunity areas, and service concepts.
• Planning, facilitating, and synthesizing co-creation workshops with clients and stakeholders.
• Supporting the definition of service strategies, future-state visions, and innovation roadmaps.
• Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams across strategy, design, research, and technology.
• Managing project workstreams with a growing degree of autonomy while contributing to the delivery of larger and more complex engagements.
• Supporting business development activities through proposal writing, bid responses, offer development, and the definition of project approaches and strategic content.

YOUR PROFILE

• 4-6 years of experience in Service Design, Strategic Design, Experience Design, Innovation Consulting, or related disciplines.
• Proven experience working on service design and/or strategic design projects. Strong research, analytical, and synthesis skills, with experience in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of service design methods and tools, including customer journey mapping, ecosystem mapping, service blueprints, opportunity identification, and concept development.
• Experience designing and facilitating workshops and collaborative working sessions with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to transform research findings and insights into strategic recommendations and concrete design opportunities.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives and high-quality strategic deliverables.
• Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within multidisciplinary teams. Familiarity with Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking methodologies.

Note: Fluent Italian and English required.

NICE TO HAVE: UX/UI Design capabilities that enable effective collaboration during the definition and evolution of digital experiences; Brand Strategy experience, including positioning, brand architecture, and strategic narrative development.

Position: Consultant

Gross Annual Salary (RAL): from €33,059 to €42,900

The salary range indicated has been defined in compliance with European and national legislation on pay transparency.

The minimum value of the range corresponds to the minimum salary treatment established by the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the level and position indicated above and does not necessarily represent the starting salary. The compensation offered at the conclusion of the selection process will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, professional experience, level of seniority, and the specific characteristics of the selected profile, in line with the company’s compensation and job classification system, and in accordance with objective and gender-neutral criteria.
