Responsibilities:

Duties will include, but are not limited to, line control, directing guests to their seats in the theaters and attractions (including Halloween mazes), set-up of the theater or attraction before performances, housekeeping of theater or location, hospitality and VIP support for name talent events, answering questions, monitoring wage and hour compliance, assisting guests and providing the high level of service that we expect our employees to provide our Guests. Priority is to ensure guest safety when entering and exiting an Entertainment Attraction or location and maintaining a clean safe facility. Absolutely must have a positive, can-do attitude and love creating FUN experiences!

Qualifications:

Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Requirements:

• Constantly standing, talking, climbing walking, reaching, using finger movement, grasping, feeling, speaking clearly, hearing conversation, using hearing acuity, seeing near far, stooping, bending, kneeling.
• Working in extreme heat, sun, cold, wetness, humidity and temperature change.
• All lifts over 51 lbs. require help from a coworker or mechanical device.
• Overtime of adults may be required from time to time to accommodate the business need.
