We are hiring motivated and hardworking individuals for Field Loan Officer (FLO), Collection Officer (FCO), and Field Sourcing Officer (FSO) positions across multiple locations in Gujarat If you are looking to build a rewarding career in finance and sales, this opportunity is for you!

💼 Job Role & Responsibilities

• Manage field sales, loan sourcing, and collections in your assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Ensure timely collections and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining company standards.
• Report daily/weekly performance and market feedback to the manager.

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range ₹16,000 – ₹18,500 per month (₹1.8 – 2.2 LPA CTC)
• Incentives Attractive performance-based incentives up to ₹40,000/month
• Allowances Petrol allowance up to ₹4,000/month
