Department: AT Business Planning

Responsibilities include:

• Analyze demand, supply, and shipment trends to identify opportunities and risks to order fulfillment objectives.
• Build relationship with factories Operation team to promotes a cooperative environment.
• Maintains reports to support performance, reflect scheduling, methods, support performance, and process procedures.
• Capable in communicating effectively at all level in a timely manner.
• Requires sense of business acumen. In-depth knowledge in planning and operation process to manage planning deviation and internal/ external enquiry
  

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or related field
• CGPA 3.3/4.0 or higher
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with cross- functions department and all factories.
• This opening is for Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of relevant working experience post-graduation
• This role is to be based in TIM, Kuala Lumpur (Onsite)
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Possess Strong verbal and written communication skillS.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for deep dive data analysis and translating that into insights and recommendations
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
• Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
• With sense of urgency and know how to prioritize task, willing to work on complex schedule
• Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships
• Curious, self-motivated to learn.
• Existing knowledge of or ability to quickly learn planning tools and how they are connected: SCS, BIP, SDM, PFT, SMS/EPC, DCM, BO etc.
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Spotfire or programing skills.
