About the Role
The Receiving Associate is responsible for the accurate and efficient intake of fresh floral products within our warehouse operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy, product quality, and operational flow in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
What You’ll Do
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming fresh flower shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
• Accurately count, label, and enter products into inventory systems
• Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations to support efficient operations
• Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies in collaboration with team members
• Support picking and sorting activities to ensure proper product selection and scanning
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving dock and cooler environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This role requires working in a refrigerated warehouse environment (approximately 35–36°F) for extended periods. The position is physically active and involves standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Schedule: Friday–Monday, 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM (four 10-hour shifts)
• Additional hours and days may be required during seasonal peaks and holidays
• No regular travel required
QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring
• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but willingness to learn is essential
• Ability to work in a cold storage environment for the duration of the shift
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Positive, reliable, and safety-focused mindset
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
