We are looking for an engaged, motivated Retail Fresh Alchemist to support our fast-growing Singapore business.

• Dynamic and proactive in meeting sales targets

• Ability to story tell, share product knowledge and rituals to guests

• Demonstrate proper usage of skincare products to guests

• To be guest centric whenever engaging with guests

• Assist guests on their needs

• Ability to recruit and build rapport with guests to maintain long-term relationships

• Managed boutique clienteling

• Ensure smooth flow on day to day operation

• Meet and follow boutique SOP standard

• Able to work in groups and follow up with instruction shared by team/counter lead

• Adaptable to environment change whenever required

• Seek passionate individuals dedicated to providing service and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma or equivalent level of education

• Additional education in relevant field or demonstration of extensive knowledge in beauty and skincare products is a plus

• With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in retail, sales or FMCG industry

• Sales driven and proactive

• Team player with a positive mindset and pleasant disposition

• Enjoy operating in a fast-paced retail environment

• Willingness to work retail shifts on weekends and public holidays

• Present looking and well groomed

• People-oriented and team player with a positive mindset

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Well-organized and committed to accuracy at all levels of details
