The John Carroll School, a Catholic, independent, college-preparatory, coeducational high school established in 1964 and located on 72 acres in Bel Air, Maryland, is currently seeking a full-time French teacher who can also teach a section of Spanish.
The John Carroll School seeks a qualified French Teacher for full-time employment. Candidates should possess a passion for teaching and the ability to collaborate with colleagues to ensure that different sections of the same course progress at a consistent pace. Successful candidates will have a proven record of teaching Spanish at the high school level and the ability to differentiate instruction.
The successful candidate will be expected to provide continuity by fostering students’ academic and interpersonal growth through effective instruction. It is important to create a safe and optimal learning environment in which student progress is documented, individual student needs are addressed, and effective communication with students, parents, administrators, faculty, and staff is maintained.
As a representative of The John Carroll School, the employee is expected to support and carry out the school’s Catholic mission.
