Responsibilities

• Investigate reports of fraudulent activities by analyzing data and conducting interviews.
• Monitor transactions and customer accounts for signs of fraud or suspicious behavior.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and improve fraud detection efforts.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations for further action.
• Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies in line with best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends, risks, and evolving fraud tactics to enhance detection methods.
• Provide training and support to staff on recognizing and preventing fraud.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in fraud investigation or related fields.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify patterns and anomalies.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and clients.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations regarding fraud and compliance.
