Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated French Speaking FinTech Customer Support Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece, with a fully paid relocation package. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries and issues related to FinTech products and services are resolved promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries accurately and efficiently in French
- Assist customers with their FinTech product related issues and provide effective solutions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Stay informed on current fintech industry trends and company offerings
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service quality and product features
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Experience in customer support roles within the FinTech or financial services industries
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Customer-focused approach with attention to detail
- Willingness to relocate to Athens with comprehensive relocation support provided
