In this vital role, you will assist our French-speaking users by providing top-notch support as they navigate our marketplace platform. Your ability to communicate effectively in French will ensure that our clients receive the help they need for a seamless shopping experience.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with marketplace navigation, product inquiries, and transaction issues
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Guide customers on best practices for using our platform
- Gather feedback to help improve customer support and service delivery
- Participate in training sessions to stay informed about platform updates and policies
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the e-commerce sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to service
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and customer support tools is a plus
