Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to mobile banking features, applications, and account management
- Document client interactions and solutions accurately in our customer support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues effectively
- Provide guidance on best practices for using mobile banking services securely
- Gather client feedback to improve our services and offerings
- Participate in training to stay updated on product features and banking regulations
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required.
- Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
- Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with mobile banking systems and customer support tools is a plus
