In this essential role, you will be the go-to resource for our French-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to logistics and transportation services.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in French via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions regarding shipping, tracking, and logistics processes
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Provide updates and information regarding shipments and delivery schedules
- Gather customer feedback to assist in process improvement initiatives
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of logistics services
Requirements
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required. Your nationality and native language must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in logistics or supply chain management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with logistics software and CRM systems is a plus
